- Please check and choose your order carefully, as postage charges on returns are not refundable, please feel free to email us if any further information is required, we’re most happy to help.
- For us to accept your return the items must be in original condition and and must not have been worn, altered or washed and all original tags and packaging must be in place and the package must include the original receipts. Please return in original packaging to save on paper.
- Please note: If care label instructions have not been followed, the item will not be accepted as faulty.
- Mirador is committed to provide highest quality products to our customers. We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery, however in the unlikely case your item is faulty, Mirador will replace the item for you, or if in the case that this is not possible, you can choose another item.
